With a surface area of 4,050 m2, the office project rehabilitates an emblematic and historic industrial building dating from the second half of the 18th century. Perfectly integrated into the surrounding natural context, it comprises a ground floor, two above-ground levels and a basement level. Its sober white brick facades are punctuated by pilasters and windows with projecting sills. Following the works, the main entrance was returned to its original position, in the centre of the main wing. The large, flexible workspaces, open to the outside, will provide a setting that stimulates the creativity of users.
